Pressure washing in Warner Robins
Driveways, patios, decks and house exteriors. Green algae off cream siding, years of staining off concrete.
Green streaks on the siding, a slab gone dark
Houston County is humid, and exterior surfaces show it. Cream vinyl siding grows green algae in long streaks down the shaded side of the house. A concrete driveway darkens from the garage to the street until it looks like a different material than the day it was poured. Neither one rinses off with a garden hose, and neither one gets better on its own.
The photos on this page are A.P. Lawncare's own: a driveway stained dark across the whole slab, and cream siding streaked green above a clean line. The washed halves are one even color all the way across, with no ghost of the old stain left behind.
It is also the job people put off longest. One Warner Robins customer had a house that needed the washing pretty badly, and had it done alongside outdoor cleanup and paint work in the same stretch.

Concrete driveway washed back to an even pale grey
Soft wash for siding, harder water for concrete
The crew reads the surface before anything gets switched on. Siding gets a low-pressure soft wash, worked from the top of the wall to the bottom so dirty runoff never crosses a section that is already clean, then rinsed the same way. Forcing high pressure at vinyl pushes water behind the boards, so on the house the gentle approach is the only approach.
Concrete takes the opposite treatment. Driveways, walks and patios get higher pressure in straight, overlapping passes, each one edging into the last so the slab dries as one even sheet instead of striped. Expansion joints and the edges against the grass are done last and slowest.
Decks are wood, so they get lower pressure again, worked with the grain. Deck cleaning sits on the business's own service list next to pressure washing, and it is handled the same careful way.
Keeping it clean, and knowing when it is due
Algae comes back first on the damp, shaded walls, usually the side of the house that never gets afternoon sun. If green starts to show along the bottom course of siding, or a dark film is returning in the tire tracks on the driveway, that is the signal. Two seasons between washes is a common rhythm, but let the surface tell you rather than the calendar.
A lot of what stains a house is a watering problem. Sprinkler heads aimed at the wall soak the siding every morning and feed the algae. A.P. Lawncare also repairs and re-aims sprinkler heads, so the same visit can fix the thing that keeps making the mess. Shrubs growing tight against the wall do the same by holding moisture against it.
Anthony takes calls Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, at (478) 334-1049, and customers across Warner Robins have written that he came out the same day to look at the job and quote it.
Ian Verzoni, Google review: Everything came out look amazing, the house needed the pressure washing pretty badly and everything looks brand new.
Both sides of the line
Two jobs, split down the middle
Dirty on the left, washed on the right, and the green line is where the work stopped. If the wall is greening because a sprinkler keeps hitting it, the irrigation crew can re-aim the head, and the gutter run above it is worth a look in the same visit.
